WPM South and Kymberlee Bruton are fantastic. We have been landlords for 10 years with her and she does a great job of treating landlords and tenants fairly. She always responds timely and our tenants who have moved out have been happy with her. Happy tenants make for a much better transition for all. She doesn't let owners or tenants take advantage of the situation. I am surprised by any negative reviews. Sometimes I don't think tenants and landlords understand their responsibility to each other.
